Not Lazy stores all data locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. We have no servers.
Your tasks, notes, name, energy levels, settings, and any other information you enter into Not Lazy are saved using your device's local storage (SharedPreferences on iOS). This data never leaves your device unless you choose to export it yourself using the built-in export feature.
We cannot access your data. We do not back it up on our end. If you delete the app, your data is gone.
Not Lazy does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the app.
If you enable reminders, nagging reminders, or end-of-day reviews within Not Lazy, all notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device via iOS local notifications. No notification content or scheduling data is sent to us or any third party.
Not Lazy requests microphone access only when you use the Voice Capture feature. Audio is processed on-device using iOS speech recognition. We do not record, store, or transmit any audio or transcribed text.
Not Lazy does not share any data with third parties. The app does not include advertising SDKs, analytics tools, crash reporting services, or any form of tracking or data collection.
Not Lazy is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect certain data as part of that distribution and as part of iOS system services. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details.
Not Lazy may prompt you to leave a review after completing tasks using Apple's native SKStoreReviewRequest API. This is handled entirely by Apple — we receive no personal data from this interaction.
Softsheeply and the creators of Not Lazy are not liable for any decisions made based on content within this app. Use of Not Lazy is entirely at your own discretion. We make no guarantees about outcomes, productivity improvements, or health benefits.
Not Lazy is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
